For example , you may be in need of a plumber , in return for the plumber doing the work for you you may have painting & decorating skills that you could use to complete some work for him.

The combination of work that can be exchanged is endless.

The site works very simply in one of 2 ways
 1.     you have a requirement for a skill so you simply place the ad specifing the work needed and at the bottom of the ad simply add the skills that you have that you could exchange.

2.     You need a skill so scan the ads , by category, looking for that skill. Read the ad and see if you have the appropriate exchange skills.

The site allows you to contact directly via email or telephone.

It may be that you dont have the specific skills needed, contact them anyway to see if you can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

The site is free to use – no sneaky hidden charges, no monthly subscription , no free to use until you want to contact the person – all free !! – the only cost is your time to complete the ads or search them.
